I do believe a 1:11 time is possible on this mission, but only if you get a super lucky map seed that has very tall mountains near the broadcast tower. That might give the ability to decrease pod-death time by landing higher up. Otherwise the only other possibility I can think of is if there is a planet that has environmental hazards that kill you while still in the pod. (example: the fire pit next to the mountain in automaton eradicate mission can pod kill you if you drop into it)
